Penny Kavanagh, Managing Partner, brings a wealth of global business experience and a particular focus on human resources and organizational development. Penny hails from Toronto, Canada and attended Wilfred Laurier University, graduating with a degree in Psychology, Centennial College with a Degree in Business, Durham College with a Degree in Training & Development. She is also a Certified Human Resource Professional in Ontario. Penny has worked in Canada, USA, UK, Bermuda, Czech Republic and Romania inside and externally consulting on broader human resources issues. From 1996 – 1999, Penny was the Vice-President of HR/OD for Vodafone (then Connex), the first and largest telecommunications company in Romania. The company implemented many innovative human resource initiatives, such as the assessment centre for identifying leaders for Connex, the Learning Resource Centere, virtual learning in HR & Marketing from a Canadian university and a range of other leading programs designed to support the development of the people and company. Penny is passionate about finding and developing talent for organizations. Besides work, she enjoys spending time with her Romanian husband, travelling, keeping fit, and finding adoptive homes for stray animals.

 

Nuria Simón Artigas, Managing Partner, brings a Master Degree in Business Administration from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University and a Master Degree in Psychology from KUB, Tilburg University. Nuria has worked in managing positions in the Netherlands and Romania and brings a broad expertise in business management, strategy, organizational development, change management, project management and research, Besides her managing capabilities, she knows how to connect people with each other. She is proud of her work as the executive director of the Netherlands-Romanian Chamber of Commerce, that she developed to be one of the most active bilateral chambers in Romania. She is especially proud of successfully setting up co-operations between groups that were in conflict. She likes to work with people and with organizations and always tries to help both in succeeding in their targets.
