1. Ability Tests
Ability tests are designed to be used at any stage in the hiring process or employment cycle, and are appropriate for use at all levels of your organisation. The range of ability tests includes:

Numerical – Measures a candidate’s ability to make correct decisions or inferences from numerical or statistical data.

Verbal – Measures ability to evaluate the logic of various kinds of argument presented in written form.
