KAM gives you more than just a database of talent. We have interviewed all the candidates we present to you so we can highlight the motivation and personality of the people in our database. When we recommend a candidate to you, it is because we know your business and our candidate’s fit to your needs and culture.

KAMcan support your search needs with the following:

Our Professional Search Process

We need to know your business so we can support your goals and needs. This will help us to provide the service you expect. Our professional search process follows these steps, or will be customized to your requirements.

  1. Meeting with decision makers to understand your business, goals and needs and agree on deliverables. Enter into contract to source candidates.
  2. We will provide you with a plan and timeline for sourcing candidates. This is based upon the recommended channel process for sourcing, but it is what we discuss and agree upon.
  3. During the process, we will contact you on a regular basis (as defined by you, not us). 
  4. Our search process will be comprehensive and focused on the position.
  5. Candidates will be required to complete a specially designed Questionnaire, aimed at understanding the person’s motivation and personality.
  6. We will interview candidates using behaviourally-based interviewing techniques to provide you with a short-list of preferred candidates. You tell us how many you want to see and when.
  7. We will travel as necessary to locations to interview candidates.
  8. Short-listed candidates will be discussed with you and if suitable, interviews will be arranged by phone or in person (depending on location/timing).
  9. If these interviews result in a good match, then we will work with you to hire the most appropriate candidate, including supporting the person in relocation if coming from outside of Romania.
  10. Following hire, we will follow up with you on how the candidate is doing and will also follow up with candidate on how they are doing in his/her new role. This is a one-month, 3 month and 6 month process.
